Holiday Market Vendor Form

If you're interested in applying to sell at out annual Holiday Market, please fill out these forms and email or turn it in to us during our open hours before Friday, November 14th. By signing this form, you agree to the terms listed. It is first come, first served, so if the requested vending spot cannot be fulfilled, we will let you know of you alternative options ASAP. You are responsible for filling out the form and inventory sheet, as well as the tags for your items.
